Abside menu is inspired by the flavors and aromas of local cuisine and the great classics of the Italian tradition updated according to today’s tastes. You can choose between handmade tagliolini flavored with Amalfi sfusato<\/em>, the famous Amalfi lemon and made precious by red prawns paired with raw or the traditional “Genovese<\/em>” rag\u00f9, with stewed onions and meat.<\/p>\n

Also not to be missed are the amberjack served with a seafood stew, and the fillet with Aglianico sauce, our famous red wine. <\/span>. These are the dishes that will make you discover the authentic taste of Amalfi cuisine and which preserve the scent of the most intense memories.<\/span><\/p>\n
